Sebastian Zontek - CEO, Founder, The Brain & The Eye
Born with strong entrepreneurial mentality, he never stops thinking
about changing the world - especially when it comes to creating big
things from nothing. He's a co-founder of Carrywater Consulting and
under its flag he crossed the seas of serious IT projects & business
advisory. Nowadays, after years of top secret strategy refinements,
Sebastian is leading wisdio.com, believing in its great success. He
supplies the team with ideas, algorithms, evolutions, revolutions and
photos. Privately, he is crazy about his family, photography, music,
red wine and travelling.
Tomek "Grych" Gryszkiewicz - CTO, Co-founder, Operations Emperor
Grych had to write his own beloved video games in early '80s, as no one
produced them for Z80-based Polish "Meritum" platform. After primary
school he started the odyssey to UtopiaOS. No one knows if at the end
he will be the best admin of best OS or he'll write perfect one by
himself. His journey continued with few years stop on Corpo Island,
where he was hacking Oracle compiled code in hex editor for
money. Grych is highly proficient with modern Unix emulator called
Linux, but he's still platonic HP-UX fanboy. In spare time he develops
revolutionary iOS applications, like poems generator.
Wojtek Kaczmarek - Head of Programming, Co-founder, Engine Mechanic
He started coding on 8-bit hardware and continues hacking various gear
to this day, just because nobody took computers out of his sight
yet. He eats a pound of new technologies before breakfast and then
uses them in a way authors couldn't predict. Wojtek tested virtually
any programming language you would use, even those which look like
communicating with forgotten gods. For some years he detoured into
operations and management to have it under his belt
too. He dissolves obstacles by meditating. Wojtek enjoys space; for
example, jumping through it.
Rafał "Royal" Michalski - Senior Programmer, Co-founder, Front-end Wizard
Always curious of what's inside things. When he was 10 there was no
bit in ZX Spectrum memory nor processor register that could hide from
him; soon it was the fate of Amiga's internals too. As idealist fanboy
he leveled up the Amiga status by writing the "midiIn" app for
pro-musicians used all around-the-world. During years of commercial
adventures Rafał moved interest to scripting languages like JS, Perl,
Ruby & Python, which don't have secrets for him these days. Loves
water (as a sailor) and air (gonna be a pilot and in the next lifetime
a spaceship captain for sure).
Wiktor Nowak - Front-end designer, Master of Wow Effect
Wiktor is obsessed with creating easy to use, good looking and engaging
web experiences. He believes simple is beautiful and loves to build what
he designs. Also deeply curious about new technology projects. From design
to business point of view. When not at the computer, often can be found
outside where he rides a bike, plays basketball and makes up new
revolutionary ideas for internet startups.
Olgierd Annusewicz - Community manager, Co-founder
PhD, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science, University of Warsaw, social skills trainer and business consultant with over ten years of experience. Examines phenomena related to the broadly defined communication - interpersonal, social, political and managerial.
